Product Description

Cement screws, also known as concrete screws, masonry screws, or anchor bolts, are high-strength fasteners designed and manufactured specifically for direct fixing to rigid substrates such as concrete, masonry, and cement blocks. They provide reliable mechanical locking without the need for plastic expansion tubes or sleeves.

Manufactured using hardened steel during the production process, ensuring it can cut into hard concrete.

Special applications may use stainless steel (A4) with a hardened steel tip for enhanced corrosion resistance. The double-lead sawtooth cutting thread, with a grooved notch, cuts a matching thread in a pre-drilled hole, similar to a tap, increasing connection strength. Common head types include hexagonal, round, countersunk, and Torx, offering better torque transfer and anti-slip properties.

Depending on the environment, it is available in galvanized (dry indoor environments), zinc alloy coated, ceramic coated (outdoor corrosion resistant), and stainless steel (humid/corrosive environments).

Diameter: Commonly M6, M8, M10, M12, etc., to suit different load requirements.

Length: From 30mm to over 200mm, selected based on the thickness of the fastener and the depth of the substrate.

Drilling size: Usually the same as the screw diameter (e.g., M8 screw with an 8mm drill bit).

Effective anchoring depth: Generally 4-5 times the screw diameter. Double the gripping force, ensuring sufficient holding power.

Load capacity: Pull-out force up to 10-30kN, high shear strength, suitable for heavy-duty fixing.

Cement screws are widely used in construction, decoration, and industrial fields, for building facilities such as ventilation ducts.

For fixing timber building accessories and temporary construction fixing (removable). Also suitable for electrical and piping system installation.
