Coarse-tipped drywall self-tapping screws are primarily used to secure low-density composite boards and drywall.
The main material is high-quality raw material C1022A. The hardness of this raw material allows the screws to have good working performance during the making process.
Self-tapping screws with coarse threads have a wide pitch and have low friction resistance during use, reducing the risk of wood cracking during screwing. At the same time, the large thread pitch reduces the number of turns required, thereby speeding up installation and improving work efficiency. The design of the coarse thread has strong pull-out resistance during use, making the fastening stronger and less likely to loosen. It is suitable for wooden keels/light steel keels.
Blue-white zinc surface treatment: A blue-white protective film is formed through electro-galvanizing and color passivation, which has good anti-rust properties; this surface treatment has better indoor moisture-proof properties than phosphating treatment, is not easy to rust and contaminate gypsum boards, and is not easy to fade; it is more cost-effective than special coatings such as Dacromet, and is suitable for large-scale procurement;
At present, the most widely used ones on the market are trumpet head and cross recess (PH2);
The application scenarios of coarse thread drywall screws are mainly used in the installation of gypsum board systems and the fixation of lightweight boards.
